Polo Update
7 Nov 2022
Dear Members
I hope you all had a chance to enjoy the sunshine this weekend. Im sure you are all eager to begin the polo season.
Whilst the weather was enjoyable it was quite humid and not ideal drying conditions for our fields.
Melbourne City Polo Club are keen to commence chukkas and will be conducting on field assesments today regarding the posssibility of commencing chukkas.
Eynesbury Polo Club are also very much looking forward to welcoming everyone for the first tournament of 2022/23 but will need to conduct further on field assessments today after mowing to ensure we are good to go.
To ensure adequate time to make these assessments any nominations for polo this week will be published on Tuesday 8th November. Please be ready by ensuring that you have paid your membership so your nominations can be accepted. Please call me today if you are having any issues with renewing your membership.
I hope those that have joined are exploring the e-learning platform and the many tutorials it has to offer before taking your test. A reminder that it will be mandatory for you to have taken the test and passed, in order to play in 2023.
