Portsea and Flinders Polo 2023

The VPA has sadly been informed that Portsea Polo and Flinders Polo will not go ahead in 2023, we look forward to supporting these events in 2024.

—POSTPONED UNTIL JANUARY 2024 —

The Portsea Polo Board hereby announce the postponement of Portsea Polo 2023 until January 2024.

As the Event Industry re-emerges from state-wide COVID shutdowns it has become increasingly apparent that industry wide shortages and cost increases will inhibit the Portsea Polo Board’s ability to offer an event in keeping with our partner and guest expectations without passing on substantial price increases.

Portsea Polo is a prestigious and iconic event, although a paired down event was a possibility, the view taken was that the event experience should not be diminished due to forces beyond the event’s control and nor should our partners and guests be penalised with increased fees.

The Portsea Polo Board are confident that with the passing of time the Event Industry will return to pre-COVID levels and these issues will be resolved bringing costs back inline.
