Urquhart Cup 2022 - Nominations open

Please note - the nomination portal will open at 12 noon on the 14th February 2022. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The portal is set to not accept any further entries once the maximum allocation has been reached, please call H on 0419 224286 if you have any enquiries.

Welcome to the Urquhart Cup Tournament 2022

Hexham Polo Club invite nominations for 

Urquhart Cup - Open - 5 chukkas - Maximum 6 teams (option to play Friday/Sunday) Finalists decided by the highest goal margin, then behinds. Open teams please notify me of your preferred days of play and we will do our best to accomodate).

Palmer Cup - 4 Goal - 4 chukkas - Maximum 8 teams (On Sunday 2 chukkas will be played for the semi finals, then two chukkas for the finals)

Merang Cup - 2 Goal - 4 chukkas - Maximum 6 teams. Finalists decided by highest goal margin, then behinds.

D Grade - Sub zero - 4 chukkas - Maximum of 4 Teams.

Please note only nominations with full payment will be accepted. Chukkas are $40 per chukka for all grades. Goal judges will be provided.

Food and Drink will be available to purchase on both days.

There are trophies and prizes for all grades, best playing pony and OTT prizes (OTT only available for those ponies registered with OTT community).

Nominations will open on Monday 14th February at 12 noon and close on Wednesday 16th February at 12 noon. There will be limited accomodation of time requests on the Saturday. Sundays Timetable will not allow for the provision of time requests.
